  • Drilling and tapping

Finishes

Duffys offer a range of finishes for polycarbonate including:

  • Transparent (clear)
  • Translucent (tinted)
  • Coloured

Applications

Polycarbonate is used in a wide variety of industries because of its high durability and shatter resistance.

Duffy Stainless Steel use polycarbonate plastic to manufacture guarding and safety panels around machines and equipment that would pose a risk to operators working in the vicinity.

Clear/transparent material is used the majority of the time but it is available tinted or in any colour the customer requires.

Polycarbonate is recommended for all exterior applications as it does not discolour or fade with UV (Ultra-Violet) rays or exposure to the sun.

Polycarbonate is used to manufacture:

  • Architectural roof lights
  • Security screens
  • Specialist glazing
  • Machine safety guards
